Dina Beach, Executive Director
Dina Beach began working in the medical field in 1994. Trained and licensed as a nurse, Dina worked in a variety of roles including acute hospital care, family practice, women and children, long-term care, surgical and home health. Since 2015, Dina has been working in admissions, after care planning, case management and program coordinating at University Park Detox and Assessment Center at St. George.
Dina has always enjoyed being of service to people in her community and has been fortunate to work in varied disciplines of medicine. Within her work as a health care professional, she continues her commitment to the highest quality of patient care, enabling her to excel in her role as executive director at our St. George location.
At age 39, Dina Beach was able to address her own addictive condition. Through 12-Step recovery principles she achieved and maintained recovery not only from her addictions but also found relief from a chronic state of depression and anxiety. The effort was challenging and required that she learn who she was and what she was capable of as she established skills for self-care. Dina has raised two grown children and enjoys spending time with her 5-year-old twin grandchildren, canyoneering, hiking, rappelling, and any other activities that involve nature and the outdoors.
